Last night I ordered food from KFC. When delivered the order was totally wrong. I ordered original recipe, chicken and received crispy, which I cannot eat. Included in the order was mac & cheese, and I received mashed potatoes. These errors were in addition to a delivery that was extremely late, well beyond the quoted delivery no later than time. When I complained, they said the order was not eligible for a refund or adjustment.
This lack of customer service is inexcusable!
