I spent $68, 19 days ago at Denny's. I had many missing items, AND my food was undercooked AND stale! I REPORTED THIS IMMEDIATELY (same night) and MANY times afterwards to get my refund and or Uber eats credit but THEY SAID BE PATIENT while they investigate??? After two days of going back and forth they then and still say I am not eligible after 48 hours for a refund and next time reach out sooner!???? IM FURIOUS! NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER THROUGH UBER EATS I DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!!
