Uber Eats the worst customer service - Don't use
I have placed an order which I canceled within five minutes I ordered and they still charge me over $100 for the order. I phoned customer service to do a refund and the person said that they can not do that because the system will not allow it. This is unacceptable. How can you charge someone when there was no order at all?
