£12 added to bill without warning or cancel option
Used multiple times no issues
Used last night to get £12 of an order
Ordered £24 of food
Checked the order to find we had paid £36
I had no warning the price had changed with an option to cancel the order
Also unable to cancel the order as the food had started to be prepared
Uber just say there was activity on the account they didn't like? No actual answer at all
