My partner ordered food for us and normally, the driver has to ask for a code and send a picture that it was delivered. This was not done. When we reported it to Uber Eats, they “cannot” confirm any of that so they won’t give us a refund.
We had to order the same thing again because it didn’t come the first time. We have tried telling them we can prove we didn’t get the order with footage from our building showing the time that it “apparently” was delivered but they refuse to give us our money back FOR AN ORDER THAT WAS NEVER DELIVERED
