Terrible experience with Uber Eats – No food, no refund!
My order was accidentally canceled by my child. Uber Eats gave no warning that I’d lose my money and offered no direct support. The restaurant didn’t receive payment and hadn’t even started preparing the food, yet Uber Eats kept the full amount. Customer service refuses to help. Complete scam – do not order from them!
