Worst customer service ever. I canceled my order exactly after 2 minutes (from even their references, I made the order 12:42 and canceled it 12:44). They made me pay the whole amount and I got nothing, refusing to refund me or even compensating me by any other way.
They really don't care about their customers and not even their drivers. We should stop using this app.
