We’ve been customers for years. However we got horrible service tonight through the chat in the app!!!! Switching to DoorDash, etc… ANYTHING but Ubereats. Multiple chat agents were not helpful and had horrible customer service. They did NOT resolve my issue and ending the chat. My food has now been waiting at the restraint for an hour because they can’t find someone to pick it up but if I cancel, I will not be refunded. No one would help me and when I asked for a manager, they said they didn’t have anyone. WOW. AWFUL service. Definitely taking my concerns to all social platforms regarding Ubereats horrible service.
