Driver is on his way. Time for delivery keeps increasing. I message the driver. He said he is in on his way..Next message. A new driver has been assigned. what did they do? Meet on the street to change my food from one driver to the other. I cancelled the order. I could not wait any longer because the app went back to telling me that the driver was picking up my order. The previous driver said he was on his way with my order. Someone is lying. I chatted in and they said no refund! I’m writing this review. never again will I use Uber Eats?
