I ordered at 5:23pm, 2hrs later 30 mins on the phone with customer service and no food. Uber said they can’t do anything for me until the driver cancels my order. This is ridiculous, she said the driver was new and he wasn’t responding to either of our calls. She said there was no supervisor and kept saying “I understand but there’s nothing I can do we have a policy”. $73.60 later, no food & nothing uber can do about it. I will NEVER use uber eats again!
