Refund request and clarification of cancellation charges Dear Uber Eats team, I am contacting you to express my dissatisfaction with the service received in relation to an order that I made today and that was canceled one minute after having made it. Even though I canceled it almost immediately, I have not received the corresponding refund. In addition, I have noticed that Uber Eats is charging a cancellation fee of 100% of the order amount, which I consider unfair and, honestly, it seems to me that they are acting inappropriately. This situation makes me feel that I am being treated unfairly and, if it is not resolved soon, I will be forced to take legal action. I have tried to solve this problem through multiple calls to customer service, without success. I kindly request a full refund of the amount paid for this order and an immediate clarification on the cancellation fees applied. I hope for a quick resolution to this problem.
