Uber Eats has untrained and unprofessional customer service agents who do not know how to resolve an order issue if it goes wrong. If the order goes great, you're all set. The minute an order is incorrect, customer service promises a fix but doesn't follow through accordingly. I was promised a credit for the missing item, was never issued full credit, and noone from customer service could seem to fix it without giving scripted answers. It was never resolved. I do not recommend due to the fact that sometimes orders go wrong. It happens. There should be viable solutions and actual fix. Charging customers for items never received is never acceptable.
