This is my first and last time using Uber Eats. Not only did I receive the wrong order and late arrival by the deliver driver, when I call for assistance the staff is absolutely awful. The delivery got lost and never answered his phone. Provide delivery instructions, he struggles to read instructions. When he arrived, it was obvious that the driver did not speak English. When I got into my home, the driver gave me the wrong order. So I contacted their help support to request for a refund. I was given a partial refund and offered to provide the difference of the amount charge as a credit. The difference of the amount was the tip amount. So essentially I was still being charged for the delivery tip. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. As a corporation, Uber Eats has the responsibility to provide a service if the service is not rendered, the customer should not receive a partial payment. The customer should receive a full refund of the same method of payment.
