Terrible customer service. Got off work, ordered food from a restaurant 15 mins away. I didn't want to drive anymore after working 14 hrs and I didn't have much to eat at the house. Well 2.5 hrs after I ordered, I got my food. It was very cold, hamburger bun was soggy, nuggets were gross. I don't blame the restaurant because they had the food waiting. Even though my order arrived after the "latest arrival time" (it arrived after midnight) Uber Eats gave me $14 credit back, I contacted support wanting a full refund as the food wasn't edible. They offered an additional $15. I then reassured I wanted my $65 back. Then they reverted back to "we already gave you $14 credit back on your account and can't do any more". So I backpedalled and requested the additional $15 they offered on top of my $14 already refunded. Now they are stonewalling me and I'm screwed out of $51 for food I couldn't even eat 2.5hrs after I ordered. I will never use Uber eats again.
