absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced from the corporate end of uber.
I had my card stolen from me and used on uber. they at first were being helpful untill it came time for me to provide information and proof of the transaction. they couldn't wait more then 3 minutes for me to get the info they requested before trying to push it off on my bank.
and then loging off of the chat.
that's the other thing. where the hell is a phone number to call and dispute this charge!!!!
