I ordered a BOGO offer for pizza. When the pizza arrived only one was there. I contacted customer support who ?(after waiting 5 minutes) said I only ordered 1 pizza. I relayed that the app does not allow you to only order 1 on the BOGO. It automatically adds 2. Not to mention that they plaster you with reminders about how much you are saving. For over an hour chat reps came and went as they said that they had resolved my issue. No offer of promotion or refund. I asked multiple times to speak to a manager and they flat out said no. I told them this was a terrible experience and that I would like to cancel my Uber One membership, which they happily did. It seems that they don't want me as a customer, good riddance.
