I ordered chicken and ribs from the local bbq restaurant. I received a message via the Uber app that the restaurant was out of both chicken and ribs and gave a phone number to call. I clicked on the number and the person who answered said they were not the best person to talk to but that I should go to the app and cancel the order. I did as they advised and was charged $57.82!! Multiple attempts to explain this on their so called “ customer service” chat did not resolve the issue and at times even the chat bot was rude. The took my money, provided nothing in return and, acted as if it was my fault.
