I placed an order through Uber Eats and was extremely disappointed to discover a hair in my burger upon delivery. I immediately reported the issue to Uber Eats customer service and provided clear supporting evidence, including both photos and a video.
To my surprise, the response I received stated that a refund could not be issued. I asked for clarification and a proper explanation, but was met repeatedly with the same automated response from an agent named Rahma. This lack of accountability and poor handling of a valid complaint is both frustrating and unacceptable.
Given the circumstances, I will be escalating this matter further. I also want to make it clear that I will no longer be using Uber Eats going forward.
