I cancelled the order literally seconds after it was placed; I realized it was two pizza instead of one, so I cancelled. I was fully charged for the order. I contacted customer service asking for a refund, they did not help at all. What is the point of having a cancellation option, if they are fully charging for the food anyway!!!
I will not use UberEat again.
