Food Poisoning – No Action Taken by Uber Eats
I got food poisoning from an order placed through Uber Eats. I reported it and asked for an investigation, but all I received was a request to rate the restaurant. No refund, no follow-up, and the case was closed without any action. Extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability and customer care.
