Subject: Repeated Delivery Issue – Spilled Drink and Mess Left Behind
I received two consecutive orders today, and both times the delivery driver arrived with a soaking wet bag and a spilled drink (Fanta). The first time, I refused the order and the driver cancelled it—understandable—but he still left the leaking bag and mess right outside my entrance.
I reordered, hoping for a better outcome, but shockingly, the second delivery had the exact same issue. It’s extremely frustrating that such a basic task—delivering a sealed drink properly—can’t be done correctly. It feels like there’s no attention to care, consistency, or accountability in the process.
I’d appreciate if this could be looked into seriously. I expect a refund or credit for the inconvenience and, more importantly, for steps to be taken to prevent this from happening again.
