Every time I’ve ordered from Uber eats, something has gone wrong. Today, it took over an hour for my driver to get to my house, and then the food was never delivered. I then had to go through the worst customer service experience ever, where I told them about my problem, stating how the delivery driver never took a photo to prove he delivered it and how I have doorbell camera footage proving he never showed up. They still denied doing anything to help me or offering any refund. They’ve wasted 2 hours of my life so far and I’m still hungry. Worst delivery app ever, use skip the dishes
