I placed an order, received someone else order. I have the other persons receipt to show the mistake and they still will not give me a refund. I contacted HELP at least 20 times and I got the same response not eligible for refund. I replied to an email they sent me and received a response I sent it from the wrong email. This is insanity. I spent about 2 hours of my life I will never get back. Needless to say I'm done with UBER EATS. Never got refund so I will be disputing the charge with my bank now.
