I ordered three things. There was a one drink with the order. I didn’t get the drink. There was just one bag at my door, when I opened it there wasn’t any drink in the bag either. I thought maybe be the driver forget it or something. I called him right away, then he said it was just one bag. He didn’t got any drink from the restaurant. Then I called the restaurant they said they don’t pack drinks inside the bag, because it will get messy, so they just put it on the side in a tray or something, and they told the driver that drink is on the side. They gave him a bag and a drink also. I just got the bag. May be the driver took it. The restaurant told me it happened regularly that customers don’t receive their drinks. This is so bad. It shouldn’t be happening. Today it was one drink missing next time it can be a whole order. If i want to i can mention driver’s name but I’ll not do that. I don’t want to loose his job or something. But don’t do this guys. This is unacceptable. Very bad experience. I have complained about it, but didn’t get the refund yet
