For a multi Billion dollar company you would think they could budget for some better customer service instead of some chat call center in India where they don’t care about anyone apparently. All I wanted was a refund for food that was spoiled because the driver had my food in his possession for an hour and I was only 15 minutes from the pick up location. They gave me $7 off of my $45 order it didn’t even cover the tip lol. Uber is a joke I’ll try door dash next time but I won’t be using uber eats again. Avoid the hassle of dealing with customer service and just go pick up your own food before you order uber eats.
