Ordered Uber for food from local Jersey Mikes - the food was fine but I did not receive the soda I ordered & paid for. Contacted Help on the Uber app & after going round & round through several emails they said the receipt matched the order & they would not refund my money for the missing item. As they can more than afford a $3.62 refund, I filed a claim with my bank. Charging for items they don’t provide is theft! I will not be using them again. Very disappointing when I’ve been a good, longtime customer that tips well.
