There was an alleged glitch with my app, they told me that the order was not placed and to try again. I tried several times over the period of about 10 minutes, when the last attempt went through. I received one confirmation, and one tracking for the delivery. The next morning, there was another order, sitting on my stairs, deliver the night before. I looked at my account, and there was duplicate charges. The customer service says it is my fault that I placed duplicate orders. It is not my fault, the app said it was not processed and to try again. He refused to refund the duplicate orders.
