43 minutes from food being made to being delivered.. 1.3 miles away. Food was cold and inedible unsurprisingly. Uber customer care deemed the delivery time acceptable.
If they can’t deliver hot food in a timely fashion not to ruin people’s meals , then why bother?
Had 5 deliveries off uber eats now over a period of approx 1 year… 2 ok, 2 late and one never turned up at all, guess the driver was hungry.
Absolute rubbish company with no official complaints procedure .
