I ordered food through the Uber Eats app from Wingstop. I never received my $70 order that was ordered for my coworkers and me. The driver left the food at the restaurant and never contacted me, saying anything. I called Uber Eats several times, asking for a resolution, and they keep saying the driver said it was delivered and he tried to contact you! I told them and have proof that he did not! He supposedly returned it to the restaurant, but the restaurant knows nothing about that either. I need this resolved. It is not okay to keep my money for food that was NEVER RECEIVED!! Not only did I not get my food, but the workers ' understanding was not there. The customer service is HORRIBLE!! No sympathy, no understanding, and acted like I should not be upset about it.
