I live in south florida, once I received notification that they are in the way I always send the drivers messages in English and Spanish( supporting language) regarding directions to my home because their directions always takes them to the wrong entrance. He didn’t read them and proceeded to go to the wrong entrance. He calls me and says” do you speak Spanish?” I said “ No” and proceeded to tell him in English ( as best as I could) how to get to my home. He hung up on me. Then continued to sit at the wrong entrance. Eventually he leaves but drives the opposite way. I canceled my order ( food was going to be cold) and was charged a cancellation fee for the driver time. I call customer service. I explained the situation and was denied a refund. So disappointed, with uber eats, I deleted the app. Never again.
