Terrible customer service.
No updates provided about your order - you need to keep chasing them and order shipping dates come and go and nothing happens. I have been patient and understanding that the artisan process takes time, but I would appreciate communication and updates in return - especially considering these garments are not cheap.
Won't provide refunds, only offer store credit. Wish their customer service was better because I was very attracted to their ethical and slow fashion approach.
