“I ordered two items from Chasing Unicorns. One item was returned and confirmed delivered, but I have not received the promised refund or store credit. The other item has not shipped, and despite multiple attempts to contact the owner, Sarah, I have received no response to emails since January 15, 2026.
This lack of communication is unprofessional and unacceptable. Customers should be able to expect timely responses regarding their orders and returns. I am filing complaints with consumer protection agencies because this behavior is unethical and demonstrates poor business practices.
I cannot recommend this shop until they take responsibility and resolve these issues.”

It's all marketing.... Not worth the price! The poor quality is why they don't allow comments on insta... everyone would openly complain.”
“The item I received does not match the photos or the description provided. None of the images show ties at the neck, yet the product I received has them. This detail significantly changes the look and fit of the item and should have been clearly disclosed.
Because this feature is not shown or mentioned, the product feels misrepresented. To make matters worse, refunds are not offered, even when the item differs from how it is presented.
This is a disappointing experience, and I would not recommend purchasing unless the photos, descriptions, and return policies are improved.”

“I have ordered the dress from Bali boutique and left the correct delivery address. They shipped the dress to a wrong address saying that the dress is shipped and delivered. Even when I showed them the address that I gave them which was completely different from the one that they shipped to and explained that I never received the dress asking to resend a new one to the correct address , they just ignored me and my 10 emails and messages that I sent . This is proper fraud and I will make sure to tell all my friends about it.”

“Ordered and paid for an item that was listed as âready to shipâ. 7 weeks later it has not arrived. I have contacted Chasing Unicorns several times via email. Each time I am advised the item will shipping within the next couple of days. No shipping details are sent to me. Item does not arrive.

Do NOT buy from this company! I waited for weeks for delivery and finally it came but nothing like the description advertised. Sizing was off, pants too small, top too large, and the fabric was dreadful. Shiny synthetic!!!!
Should have read other customers reviews before ordering. No returns address or invoice in the parcel. I want a full refund, but obviously it won't be easy.”
“If there was a 'no star' option I would choose that.
Postage is extremely slow and there's no communication between seller and customer.
Once the products arrived, it's easy to see that they are extremely cheaply made, of poor quality, and sold on for a massive profit.
I would advise you not to purchase from this company, unless you what to get ripped off!!”
