Amazingly slow!! It is now 6 months since I PAID for my order (@$800 worth!!!) and I still havn't recieved the dresses!! It's inbcredible & no feedback unless I chase...and it looks like the 3 dresses are still some months away...they make bautiful stuff and in the past the orders came in an acceptable time frame BUT this is just unforgiveable....despite the fact I love their clothes I will NEVER order from them again. I am hoping I do in fact recieve my dresses! They have had my money since December 2022 so I hope this isn't a huge scam!! Keep you posted!

Never received my dress. I paid an absolute fortune for it. I was offered store credit after waiting more than 6 months with no news, so I bought another dress that was ‘in stock’ which looked beautiful in the photos. When it arrived it is the frumpiest ugliest thing you’ve ever seen. I paid nearly $500 for a dress I will NEVER WEAR. All they have is an amazing photographer and models. The clothes are utter trash. Don’t waste your money

Am saddened and disappointed at whats transpired. Recommend NOT doing business with them. They are an absolute sham, and just waiting for them to go into liquidation, it's a matter of time The business is run on their fake sales of items that dont exist. I'm going to Consumer affairs on principle. I'll probably never get my $450 -$500 back. At this stage ill be satisfied with them going to court for fraud Bought an item in Nov 2022 - by Feb it still hadn't arrived and they claimed it was pre-sale when it wasnt. I asked to cancel order given timeframe and lack of delvery and refused a refund. Begrudgingly bought another item with the credit, stupidly paid extra $50 and additional $20 for postage in Feb with promise of April delivery - still nothing... Again they claimed item was Pre-sale when I had seen the item advertised 6 months earlier

Ordered $400 for a shirt and dress. Got the dress after two months. The hem was sewed so crookedly. I've never seen something sewn so poorly. Fabric was the same, but the dress was a mess. I never got the shirt. I ordered in December and it is April 13th. They do not respond to my emails at all. Had to open a bank investigation and somehow the bank said they didn't see any wrong doing. Have reopened the bank investigation a second time and will continue to do so until I get my money back. This is a complete scam!

OMG If only I’d read these reviews prior to purchasing form this so called store!! Unbelievable!! The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my 50 years. Ordered an item in December. This company has full payment of an overpriced shirt and I still do not have it. They have prevented you making comments on their Instagram page because of the amount of complaints of the same issue. Disgraceful!! I will never purchase from this store again and have told anyone I come across to steer clear from them. I honestly do not know how they remain in business. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! Nightmare!!!!!!

I ordered a dress in June 2022 expected shipping was initially end of August. They then kept changing the delivery due date online to October, then December, then January. I emailed several times to follow up and then asked for a refund after waiting 7 months for the dress. They declined the refund, which prompted me to contact Australian consumer affairs. They confirmed that their policy is illegal in Australia and that they should provide a refund. Chasing unicorns didn’t care. The dress turned up eventually and it was of such poor quality. I felt sick that they got away with taking so much money for something with such bad quality, and at the way I was treated overall. BUYER BEWARE! Do not waste your money and you time. They have a expert photographer and that is it! The clothes are terrible.

They do not answer emails. Have to email a few times to finally get a response then it’s through the same loop again. Look at their IG page, on most of their posts there is at least one person complaining about the customer service. I placed a duplicate order and emailed them 4 minutes later explaining what happened and they said they couldn’t provide a refund, only store credit. Even though they could see that I paid for the exact same thing, same size everything minutes apart. The shipping I paid went towards the store credit too. Their rules make no sense. The item I ordered arrived 3 weeks after their estimated arrival date and it looked different from the pictures on their site. Big risk buying from this company and for how expensive it is, not worth the hassle.

I would give them no stars. Worst company ever and I deal with a lot of clothing companies. I am also in the fashion wholesale business and would never treat my customers the way they treat theirs. Pure lies. I ordered my shirt at end of November. It is now the end of March and nothing. I cancelled and they would not refund my card which is ridiculous. Why would I want to use a store credit to wait another 4-6 months for anything from this company. I have asked over and over to speak to a manager and all I get is silence. Do not buy from Chasing Unicorns!!! Money wasted and they are a waste of time, energy and space.

Do not purchase from this label. I have been sucked in multiple times and have spent a fortune because the clothing looks divine in the pictures … but every piece that arrives is poor quality and very odd fitting. Not to mention the ridiculous wait time to receive the clothes. I love clothes and will happily spend money on beautiful pieces .. but Chasing Unicorns totally sucks .

Terrible customer service Horrible experience I cancelled an order as have been waiting for nearly a month & still no sign of it being shipped despite numerous emails & I’m then sent a store credit!! This isn’t legal & against trading standards having to contact my card provider for chargeback my advice don’t order from this website!

Putting aside what many other customers have said about delays in shipping, lack of service, not getting items etc- their clothing is really poorly made. I purchased a crochet dress- paid a small fortune and waited a life time for. When it finally arrived, it pretty much disintegrated on first wearing. Luckily I'm handy with a crochet hook and was able to fix some of the areas where the crochet came apart due to poor quality (the ends weren't securely weaved in) but with each wear, another hole emerged. I also bought a matching shirt and pant set. The proportions are very odd and the set is pretty much unwearable. Finally, many of their crochet designs aren't unique as they claim- they are copied from crochet designers or other brands. Save your money and either learn to crochet yourself or look elsewhere. Chasing Unicorns is not worth your time or money.

Definitely I do not recommend this brand ! I ordered 2 jackets in December and it’s 20 march and nothing … I wish I saw the reviews before , I contacted the brand and they don’t make refunds and in my opinion this is not honest , they only accept exchanges But still waiting for my jackets to arrive …. when I ordered I read the description of the item and it said delivery expected in January and nothing So zero respect for customers This way I will not order again , what a nightmare… Very , very disappointed and feeling stupid for ordering something before checking the reviews of the brand Still waiting for the jackets…

Buyers be warned!!! I purchased a dress in October 2022 with an ETA of mid November. Absolutely no communication about delivery delays until I enquired. I only found out by checking the style on their website multiple times that the item has been continuously delayed. Every month they push back delivery to the next month. At the end of February I was told (only by chasing it up) my item would be hopefully arriving by the end of the following week only to find out it’s once again been delayed until the end of March. Obviously having cash flow problems and not putting items into production until they have enough orders to cover costs and blaming their slow fashion ethos and artisans for the delay. For a brand that advertises having their employees best interests at heart it’s disgusting to see they are throwing them under the bus instead of taking personal responsibility for the mismanagement of the business. Have asked for a refund but been refused and offered a credit which I’m not willing to take as it will start the whole saga again. From the other reviews this is a common theme with this label. I’ve been in the fashion industry for over 20 years, I know production process and can see a sinking ship from a mile away. Prove me wrong Chasing Unicorns!!!

Item ordered in November 2022 stated mid December shipping , now saying mid march estimated shipping …these guys have had my money for over a year now as I initially ordered something that hadn’t arrived after nearly 6 months so I asked for a refund which was declined . My only option was a store credit and now it seems I’m in the same boat again …

Chasing Unicorns are TERRIBLE!!! I still haven’t received my dress I purchased at the start of Dec 2022 and it’s now Mid March 2023. Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. There is no contact number to call them on, I’m starting to think this may not be a legitimate business!! I’m furious as I’ve spent $510 and never received my purchases.

My first purchase took forever and was delivered after I made a complaint via pay pal. Second purchase was promised to be dispatched mid February and so far nothing. They do not reply to emails and only contact you when you make a complaint. So disappointed.

Terrible customer service. No updates provided about your order - you need to keep chasing them and order shipping dates come and go and nothing happens. I have been patient and understanding that the artisan process takes time, but I would appreciate communication and updates in return - especially considering these garments are not cheap. Won't provide refunds, only offer store credit. Wish their customer service was better because I was very attracted to their ethical and slow fashion approach.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!!! Once they get your money they do not care. DONT PURCHASE! FURIOUS with poor customer service!!! This company is extremely unprofessional! I purchased a dress 6 months ago for $440 and still have not received it! I have contacted them 6 times politely to ask? The last email I received says they DO NOT offer refunds if I change MY MIND???? It’s been 6 months with no contact! And NO dress!!! How have I changed my mind?? I have build a house in that time. DO NOT GIVE THEM your money, once they have it, THEY DO NOT CARE! Never experienced shocking costumer service like it. This review is worth it getting anything from you. It’s the second bad run I’ve had. You can stick my hard earned money and dress up your @>$e
