Buyers be warned!!! I purchased a dress in October 2022 with an ETA of mid November. Absolutely no communication about delivery delays until I enquired. I only found out by checking the style on their website multiple times that the item has been continuously delayed. Every month they push back delivery to the next month. At the end of February I was told (only by chasing it up) my item would be hopefully arriving by the end of the following week only to find out it’s once again been delayed until the end of March. Obviously having cash flow problems and not putting items into production until they have enough orders to cover costs and blaming their slow fashion ethos and artisans for the delay. For a brand that advertises having their employees best interests at heart it’s disgusting to see they are throwing them under the bus instead of taking personal responsibility for the mismanagement of the business. Have asked for a refund but been refused and offered a credit which I’m not willing to take as it will start the whole saga again. From the other reviews this is a common theme with this label. I’ve been in the fashion industry for over 20 years, I know production process and can see a sinking ship from a mile away. Prove me wrong Chasing Unicorns!!!
