Extremely poor customer service. Extremely poor delivery time estimates. I have waited months & months for items with no updates from customer service.
I purchased a dress that arrived with extremely thin and see-through fabric which was not explained on the item page. It arrived months later than the website detailed.
I got a coupon and changed items which was not sent out yet and it had been over 2 months. Just completely fed up and wanted a refund and to shop elsewhere but the business refused to refund.
