inferior product no labelling for sizing or cleaning instructions and no physical receipt, requested a refund and was told I had to send it back to China for them to approve it or I could chose one of three options.
a. 70% store credit and I can keep the products
b. 30% refund and I can keep the products
c. I00% refund but I have to return products to address in China at my expense.
People have to be made aware of this scam, because that's what it is. I will be posting on their website Insta and fb to advise people about this company.
