I would give no stars at all for their Customer service however you need to choose one. If you ordered from Chasing Unicorns and have revived your items that’s awesome! However, I’ve not been so lucky. Like so many I keep emailing asking where my item is only to get told it will ship by the end of the week. This has continued for weeks and the item still hasn’t been shipped. It was for a birthday gift and it’s pointless now. My experience has not been a good one.
