I ordered a $320 from Chasing Unicorns months ago. Didn’t read the fine print well enough, as I wanted to wear the dress for my birthday (March) and was then told dress won’t come until April. Well, April has nearly gone, and still no dress. And then I find out that the quality of the clothes is also an issue. So I asked for a refund. Surprise, surprise, they don’t refund! How can people sleep at night, running a business this way. So…I am going to complain to the NSW Dept of Fair Trading, and you should too…..
