They're a scam. I was happy to wait 3 or even 4 months for a pre-order but it's now 6 months and counting and they refuse a refund. I implore anyone in the same boat to take it up with Fair Trade NSW complaints. It's a quick and easy process and I know there are quite a few of us so please add your voice. All I'm asking for is fairness - the goods weren't delivered in a reasonable time frame so a refund should be given. You have every right for a refund as their descriptions are false. Unless they specifically write "You may not get this garment within 8 months of purchase" - it's a lie. I'm 6 months in with no end in sight, my money gone and no product to be found anywhere. For those about to purchase from them - you may not see anything for your hard earned money - be warned.
