Would give them no stars if possible. Poor business model, poor customer service, a complete lack of accountability. I have purchased from other “slow fashion” retailers who don’t seem to have any of the issues this company does. As in, they can actually deliver a product within reasonable timeframes, charge reasonable prices, and not make constant excuses as to why they cannot deliver the product. Not to mention the dodgy refund policy that forces people into store credit. Please report to NSW Fair or ACCC if you have ever tried to get a refund from this company. There’s something seriously shady about this business.
