No delivery of items purchased after months of waiting and being told they were 'available' (over 600AUD!). I managed to receive a refund via Chargeback with my bank - so others should try this if having problems. FreeTrade NSW were unable to help as Chasing Unicorns just claimed the items were ready to send and so wouldn't offer a refund just a gift certificate. Definitely do not buy
