Purchased a pre order dress $390 in the start of October though the website said that the dresses would be ready in late September which we assumed they should have been ready for packing in October. Contacted them and they said it's just a guideline and that the it was now in the final stages and would be ready in early November but still nothing and it's now December. They offered a store credit which if this is going to be the future experience would rather a full refund which I have requested and so now we wait again. Not a trust worthy company at all and not Australian based as the website states.
