I had the same experience as everyone else here. “Pre-ordered” a top in August that said on the product page would ship in September and I never received it after four months. Their customer service is horrible so I finally took it up with PayPal and got a refund. If you are waiting on items PLEASE take it up with your credit card company or PayPal and I guarantee you will win the case. This company is a scam!
