I ordered a dress that was very expensive. I am aware of policy but waited months for my dress, well beyond the estimated date. . I needed to promote company for all estimated due dates/updates and now after waiting such a long long time the company are hiding beyond a policy they abused and are refusing to give me a refund. I am absolutely appauled that a company that’s claims to have such a good ethos has done this. To rub salt into wound chasing unicorns emails refusing refund sign of with a xx (kiss) this is my third item from this company. This is my third item with first two items, a top and a velvet jacket not matching measurements. I thought I would give it one more try but this is really not anyway to treat customers. You can’t estimate a delivery dat and have it blow out for months and still take people’s money and refuse to give it back!!!!
