Promoting good in a delivery time frame that is incorrect.
I purchased goods which had a dispatch date of end of November. It’s now end of Feb and I still have nothing.
Rude and dismissive communication. Refusing to give refund or cancel order 3 months after having nothing.
Will be reporting them to fair trade.
