Need Advise! This company sent me a jacket and the sizing was faulty but they wouldn’t admit to it so I told me my only option was a credit note. I reluctantly used it hoping nothing bad would happen again. It wasn’t listed as a pre sale item so I wasn’t expecting a long wait. After a couple of weeks in , I emailed asking for an update - they said it will start shipping next week. Then another week went by , nothing - emailed again - the same generic response. Here i am since February with nothing and down $300! How do I get my money back ? Can anyone help?
