I purchased a jacket that was supposed to be shipped in january 2024 (I purchased it in September 2023). Now we’re 6 months later and nothing. I left a comment on one of their posts on instagram asking about my order and they blocked me. CAN YOU IMAGINE ? I hope I’ll receive this jacket i paid 400$ for. I will NEVER buy from this brand again. NEVER. 1 or 2 people out of hundreds of mad customers write about having a good experience with them I don’t recommend this joke to anyone. The day I finally receive this jacket, I’ll forget aboutthis brand!!! GOLDEN BROWN THE LABEL is a serious one. I recommend it.
