I ordered something and was given a choice of UPS or DHL. Previously had probs with DHL, so chose UPS. Parcel weight total 700 grams. Charge £25. English address to English address both mainland. Monday = parcel despatched. Due with me on Tuesday. NOTHING! Tuesday = Contacted my sender, made excuses about covid and delays. After me losing my temper, he begrudgingly contacted UPS. Apparently parcel was sent to wrong depot. Don't worry they will get it to you tomorrow, Wednesday. Get email from UPS = parcel will be with you by 12 noon. Wednesday = No Parcel. Contact sender again. They don't care, but they will refund postage costs. ??????? Receive email from UPS = Parcel will be with you Thursday by 12 noon Thursday 12 noon = NOTHING. Thursday 15.30 = Email from UPS, your parcel has been delivered. Really? I have been in all day and no one has come to my door? Go downstairs to COMMUNAL flat door and find parcel. Did they deliver to my front door? NO Did they ring my bell? NO Did they ring me? NO The parcel contained a £300 piece of electronic equipment. Thank you UPS - I will never, ever, ever use you again. I will never buy anything from anyone who uses them. I will do my utmost to tell everyone NEVER to use them. This review was written on Thursday 28 January 2021, the day my parcel eventually arrived.
