UPS is consistently the worst. Every time - literally every single time - I am to get a package delivered by UPS I will get multiple emails about my delivery being rescheduled because there was a delivery 'attempt' but no one was home. I am at home every day all day.
Then in the end it gets delivered at a pickup point in town. So the delivery fee I paid is 100% a waste of my money.
And then when I try to use the website to change the delivery or tell them to please just call when they're at the gate there's ALWAYS a message about there being technical issues, can I please try again later.
Why can't the driver do what ALL the other delivery services do - and CALL if they struggle to open the gate? UPS, you really are terrible at doing what it is you're charging money for. If it was up to me I'd use ANY other provider of this service.
