I am extremely frustrated with UPS and their terrible service. I have been waiting for a parcel since June 10th, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. First, they failed to show up for the scheduled collection, which set the tone for what was to come.
After that, my parcel was delayed while on its way to Ireland. They provided an estimated delivery date that was not met, followed by a new date and time slot that they also failed to adhere to. When I reached out to customer service, I was put on hold for an unreasonable amount of time. They assured me that I would receive a phone call within the hour with updates on my parcel, but that call never came.
This whole experience has been a complete joke, and I would not recommend UPS to anyone. Their lack of communication and reliability is unacceptable.
